Delivery Information

 

Suncoast Tiki Huts Inc. uses Three types of delivery. 

  • Standard parcel delivery by UPS, and or Fed Ex
  • LTL Carriers
  • Hand delivery to your door in the local area when possible

Shipping through Parcel carriers 

Products that are mostly 6′ and under, or a total of 135″ can be shipped by UPS, or FedEx Shipping. Orders are all different in our business and you will receive an approx. shipping date when ordering. At the time of shipping, we will provide you our customer with a tracking number.

99% of the time there is no problem with shipping but in the chance your order comes with the box damaged, please take pictures, remove the item for inspection and please keep the box. If there is any damage to the product, please take pictures and contact Suncoast Tiki huts within 24 hours by phone 813-926-9606, and email suncoasttikihuts@gmail.com, with pictures of the damage. Suncoast Tiki Huts will arrange for inspection of the box and product. Return instructions, and product repair if custom, or replacement will be given when completed.

Shipping large Freight

  • Large products like tiki huts, and tiki bars, furniture etc. usually will be delivered by freight.
  • Your freight PRO number, carrier, and destination phone number of the carrier will be provided to you the day following shipping.
  • Freight carriers can hold a product for pick up or deliver to a residential address for an extra charge. 
  • Residential deliveries will have an appointment date made once the carrier receives the product at the destination warehouse.
  • because of the large tiki poles a lift gate cannot always be used in residential delivery; offload arrangement would have to be made for when the truck delivers your products. (A couple of strong men at least)

If you accept the shipment by the freight company and sign off on the Bill of lading the shipment is considered damage free. Please inspect thoroughly.

Please inspect the shipment items as soon as they are delivered, your driver has to wait for your inspection. If any damage is noticeable a report with the driver must be made. Please take pictures of all sides of the product Suncoast Tiki Huts must be notified as soon as possible, no more than 24 hours, a claim must be made so that we may file a dispute with the carrier.  No claims can be made if the Bill of lading is signed by the customer. DO NOT SIGN IF THERE IS ANY SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE.

(This is precautionary, there has only been 1 claim in 25 years of shipping tiki huts.)

Delivery to your door using Suncoast Tiki Huts

In some instances, in the local area Suncoast Tiki Hut scan deliver your tiki hut, or tiki bar item. We do charge a small delivery fee, if necessary, over 30 miles from our base. We will deliver to the customers driveway, or easy access. 

sometimes it is possible to set up for an extra fee. Each case /instance is unique.
