We will always try to accommodate if a problem occurs. Suncoast Tiki Huts has been in business for over 40 years now and we would like to think that is because of our excellent care of our customers.

Custom built items – no returns

Custom constructed items are a big part of our products, unfortunately there are no returns for custom built products.  We consult our customer before during and after construction to make sure we are building exactly what they want. pictures are sent during the construction process.  Colors, etc. are chosen by the customer at the time of ordering, if a change is needed it needs to be done before any cutting or staining is done, at that time if needed there would be a change order, fees may incur.

Custom construction is done on a contractual basis, items are constructed at a time set by the customer, and Suncoast tiki huts. If a customer cannot take delivery of the product when the item is completed, there will be a storage fee incurred if it is over 14 days, and length item is stored. Unfortunately, we have limited working space, items left give us no room to move on with another project.

Stock Items – returns accepted

Returns of architectural products that are not a special-order item are accepted at the customers return shipping expense with a 20% restocking fee. Please measure wisely during your project. We are sorry but we cannot assume customer ordering errors. Suncoast Tiki Huts staff can do our best to help with figuring out your needs, but it is the customers responsibility to give the correct measurements etc., and ultimately decide the quantity ordered.

Disclaimers

Most of our products are natural products and color variances are possible, Suncoast Tiki Huts cannot guarantee color consistency in our natural bamboo, products, and thatch products etc.

Purchased architectural products are inspected for problems before shipping. If there are any problems with a product please contact us, we will provide a solution. 

Color variations are natural, this is not a product defect, but a beautiful occurrence, it should be embraced in natural decorating.

Bamboo is subject to cracking and splitting, as is other wood poles. this is naturally occurring. ‘Suncoast Tiki huts sells many different kinds of bamboo from solid poles to thin-walled Tonkin, please be assured we do our best to pick out the best quality poles before shipping, when working with bamboo it is best to allow extra for cutting.
