If you are looking for a permanent tiki hut that will last for many years to come, a custom-built tiki hut, with your choice of natural or synthetic thatches. All tiki huts are built with all round pressure treated heavy duty wood. Cypress pole framing is available for custom orders if requested. Suncoast tiki huts can build custom tiki huts of different style also. For example: double roof, extended ends, Hawaiian inverted roof style. Synthetic Thatch Tiki Huts
Synthetic palm thatch tiki huts – Beautiful natural looking colors with choice of golden tan or weathered palm. If you’re looking for a no maintenance thatch, the synthetic palm thatch will give you a 20+ year lifespan with a 20-year warranty. This thatch is class A fire rated.
Synthetic faux reed thatch tiki huts – This thatch has a come long way over the years. The new look is as close to the natural African reed as you can get. With the colors of brown, tan, greens and ambers. ASTM E108 Class A fire retardant options are available. 20+ year lifespan with a 20- year warranty
Natural thatch tiki huts
Sabal palm thatch tiki huts – The best natural thatch available. Gives a layered fringy palm look with a tropical Caribbean Florida ambiance. This type of thatch is highly wind, rain and snow resistant and can be used throughout the United States. Pricing is the lowest of all the thatches.
Natural African reed thatch tiki huts – If you are looking for a tribal look, or a clean line tiered look, the reed thatch panels are something you may want to consider. It has multiple colors of greens, browns, tans, and amber.
Natural Tahiti palm thatch tiki huts – Palm leaf strips are connected into a panel and sewn at the top to create a panel that can be rolled out and attached to the frame. This thatch is tan in color and fading to a greyish tan. Longevity is approx. 4 years.
